"I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do eveything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do."
-Edward Everette Hale
As I had mentioned last week, every Sunday I will be posting about a different organization or an individual who is helping to shape the lives of young children. In my first post, I would like to talk about an organization that I would absolutley love to be a part of, "Our Time Chicago".
"Our Time", which originated in NYC is a non-profit organization that builds confidence through the arts to help children who stutter. They help children to express themselves through music by creating original songs, plays and musicials.
For myself, stuttering at a young age kept me from communicating in a way that other kids did. I found my form of expression through music just as this organization teaches. For more information, on "Our Time Chicago" please visit their link at:
ong of, "Born This Way". You can listen to it by clicking the link below! I think we all have a purpose in life to help others. Although we are only one person, one person can make a world of a different in someone's life.
Thank you so much for your support!
I Love You & God Bless!
